Each individual may hold only one Phraha account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.
Phraha processes withdrawals exclusively to payment accounts registered in your verified name. Funds cannot be transferred to third-party accounts. This policy protects you and ensures compliance with applicable financial regulations.
All bonuses credited to your Phraha account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirements for each bonus are stated at the time of the offer. Bonus balances that do not meet requirements by the expiry date are forfeited.
Using Phraha for money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any activity that manipulates game outcomes is strictly prohibited. Phraha monitors accounts for suspicious activity and will suspend or permanently close accounts found in violation of these rules.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of Phraha shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Phraha ("Phraha," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Phraha online gaming platform, including all games, wallet services, promotional features, and any related content accessible at phraha.net.
By completing the registration process, logging into your account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the Phraha platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Phraha enforces the 21+ age requirement strictly. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after identity verification.
Phraha reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by Phraha may result in account suspension pending verification.
To access Phraha's gaming and wallet services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Phraha account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Phraha uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Phraha login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Phraha will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify Phraha immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Phraha is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer ("KYC") regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested by Phraha for this purpose, which may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Phraha may restrict account functionality, including deposits and withdrawals, until KYC verification is complete.
Phraha accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) via supported payment channels, which currently include GCash and PayMaya, as well as selected bank transfer options including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of transaction. Phraha does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Phraha processes withdrawals exclusively to accounts registered in your verified name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of request. Phraha reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
All Phraha wallet balances, game stakes, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). No currency conversion is applied to your balance. The amount displayed in your wallet is the amount available for play or withdrawal, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Phraha reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you prior to any deduction. Phraha will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any inactivity fee.
Phraha may offer bonuses, free plays, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your Phraha account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Any bonus balance remaining at expiry will be removed from your account without notice.
Phraha monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations. Where bonus abuse is identified, Phraha reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend the account.
Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Phraha reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or discontinue a promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
Each game available on the Phraha platform — including Teen Patti Joker, Go Goal Bingo, Coin, Monster Crash, Double Exposure Blackjack, and EVO Live — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
Phraha's games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing by trained dealers. Phraha does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to your wallet. Phraha's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to play. Phraha reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

All content on the Phraha platform — including but not limited to the Phraha name, logo, game graphics, interface design, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Phraha or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Phraha platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Phraha platform without prior written consent from Phraha.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Phraha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Phraha platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Phraha's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Phraha wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Phraha does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Phraha will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Phraha reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as at your own request — any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.
You may request the closure of your Phraha account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
Phraha reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Phraha will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Phraha platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Phraha platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Phraha support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines.
Nothing in this section limits Phraha's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
